What is the monthly limit for Text Concierge?

As a Concierge client you have two monthly limits:

• Your limit of new leads sent to the concierge. New leads are leads that were sent directly to the concierge at the time they were generated. Account limits vary, but our most common limit is 100 leads/month.
• Your limit of old leads sent to the concierge. Old leads are leads that were imported or sent over to the Concierge after they were generated. Every account has a 500/month limit.
