I'd be happy to send you a generalized valuation, site unseen, via email. I will give you a follow-up call tomorrow at 4:00 pm so we can go over the results together and I can answer any questions you may have. Sound good? 

 

Lead:

Lead:

Yes we added an addition of 17' by 10' to the kitchen. A gas fireplace in the living room, a concrete drive, fenced in backyard.


Concierge:

Nice! That is great Kaleb 🙂 I would love to come and take a look at the property and all of the upgrades you mentioned so we can see how much your house could sell for in today's market. How would Wednesday at 4:00 pm work for you?
