How to use the Inbox to communicate with your leads

All texts and emails sent and received to and from leads in your Concierge account will appear in your Inbox.

• Texts sent by an actual Concierge will be market "From Concierge"
• Texts sent by your lead will appear in blue. 
• Texts sent to leads through this view will all come from the phone number listed in your Account Settings. 

If you choose to move the conversation to your cell phone, be sure to alert the lead that is you texting them, since the texts will come from a new number. 

We encourage you to keep communication within your Inbox until you are ready to call the lead.
