Getting started:
1. Make sure to fill in all the fields in the Account Settings on the Text Concierge settings page. Please note what you would like us to do with leads that need to be prequalified, rental leads, and leads that are currently working with an agent in the Concierge Notes section.
2. If you are generating your leads with BoldLeads, make sure to set up the correct funnel for your landing pages in the settings of your default landing page:
3. Set up your Calendly account, so we can set appointments for you based on your availability!
4. You can claim leads from the Inbox section of your account. This is also available on mobile.
5. Lookout for urgent messages and appointment notifications sent to your phone and email, this means it's time for you to take over a conversation.
