How Do I Restrict the Times Funnel Messages Are Sent?

You can customize the hours you want Funnel Messages sent to your leads.

There are two parts to setting this up:

PART 1

STEP 1:  Click MY SETTINGS > ACCOUNT SETTINGS.

STEP 2:  On the main page of your Account Settings, scroll down to "Configure business hours for Funnels".

STEP 3:  Select the new times you want your Funnel Messages sent during. 

IMPORTANT!  Make sure to press "Save settings" or your changes won't be applied.

PART 2

STEP 4:  Go to your Funnels.

STEP 5:  Click on the Funnel you want to change the times for.

STEP 6:  Check the box that says "Only send between __ AM and __ PM".

Once you check this box, you are done!
