You will want to send a CMA to all seller leads within 72 hours after the lead is generated. You can either send CMAs manually or integrate your Boldleads account with a service like CloudCMA or Market Snapshot to automatically send CMAs.
The second email in the Funnel labeled "Quick Question" will ask if there have been any updates made to the home.
The third email labeled "What did you think?" will ask the lead what they thought of the CMA report they received.
Important! You need to send the lead a CMA report in between those two emails.
