Why is My Subscription Payment and Ad Budget Payment Separated?

Two charges! What's this all about? Don't worry, it's normal to have two separate charges from Boldleads.

One charge is for your Boldleads Monthly Pro Subscription which contains your zip code/area, account interface, and campaign creation and management.

The second charge is your monthly Ad Budget(s). These are charged to your credit card separately to reduce the amount of administrative effort on our part. Ultimately, those two charges save you money in the long run! 

To view your payment history, navigate to the Settings tab of your Boldleads Account. You will see two tabs:

  1. One for your Subscription payment history
  2. Second for your Ad Budget(s) payment history.

Clicking into either of these will pull a list of payment records. You can view, print, or email each record/receipt.
