Do I Have to Send a CMA?

The quick answer, Yes!

The default Funnel for Seller campaigns references a CMA report being sent to the leads that are captured.

The email set to send at one hour mentions that you are working on a Home Valuation Report.


Then the third email sent after three days will ask what the leads thought of the Home Valuation Report.


You will need to generate and send a CMA for every lead between the one hour email and three days email.


To send CMAs automatically, you can integrate your BoldLeads account with CloudCMA or Market Snapshot.

The Alternative option:

IMPORTANT!  This option is only available for US Agents.  US Agents can change the default Funnel to the Instant Value Funnel - US Only.  This Funnel does not reference a Home Valuation Report and rather talks about the instant valuation the lead received.
