Need a reminder so you don't forget?
Creating a Task is a great way to organize your follow-up process. This article will guide you through the steps to create a Task for an individual lead.
How to Create a Task
STEP 1: Click on your lead's name.
STEP 2: Select the New Task tab at the top of the actions box.
STEP 3: Click on the date to set the Task due date.
STEP 4: Click on the time to set Task due time.
STEP 5: Add your reminder description or notes into the Click to add task field.
STEP 6: Select your reminder time from the Choose a Reminder drop-down.
STEP 7: Click the Create Task button.
Once the Task is created, the BoldLeads system will automatically send you a text and email notification at the time you set. The Task notification will also be added to the Lead's Timeline as well as the left-hand column, below the captured information.
IMPORTANT! If you don't select a reminder time when creating the task, a reminder notification will not be sent.
