What happens when my Boldleads Account Subscription Expires?

When your current agreement term is about to expire you will need to do one of the following:

  1. Take no action:  If you do not notify Boldleads otherwise, your Boldleads account will renew on a month by month basis. This means your Boldleads account will bill at the standard monthly rate with no other changes until we are notified.  (See cancel your account below for steps to cancel)
  2. Renew your Contract: You can call your sales representative and let them know you want to Continue with Boldleads.
  3. Cancel your Account: As much as we don't want to see you leave, if you choose to do so you will need to let us know 5 days prior to your agreement end date (Or 10 days before your next billing date if you are billing month to month). Simply send an email request to billing@boldleads.com or click on the Contact Us button below to submit a request.
