When your current agreement term is about to expire you will need to do one of the following:
OPTION 1: Take no action - If you do not notify BoldLeads otherwise, your BoldLeads Account will renew on a month-by-month basis. This means your account will bill at the standard monthly rate with no other changes until we are notified. (See cancel your account below for steps to cancel)
OPTION 2: Renew your Contract - You can call your Account Manager and let them know you want to Continue with BoldLeads.
OPTION 3: Cancel your Account - As much as we don't want to see you leave, if you choose to do so you will need to let us know 10 days prior to your agreement end date. Simply submit a cancellation request from within your Account Settings under the 'Payment History' tab.
