Many real estate agents and teams use additional customer relationship management tools (CRM) to manage incoming Leads.
BoldLeads connects with several common CRMs using an API Key or email routing email address.

Your BoldLeads Account currently supports the following CRMs via email routing address.

If your CRM is not on this list, please contact your CRMs support team and ask if they provide a Routing Email for BoldLeads.
IMPORTANT! Because Leads are sent via a Routing Email Address, they may not configure exactly into the CRM. In other words, it may not be an "apples-to-apples" exchange of the Lead's data. It's a good idea to go in and verify your Lead's information.
Instructions to Connect Your CRM via API Key
Step 1: Click the Settings tab.
Step 2: Click Connect Your CRM from the left column.
Step 3: Locate the name of your CRM.
Step 4: Fill in the field(s) accordingly.
Step 5: Select Transfer all Current and New Leads or Transfer New Leads Only.
Step 6: Click Save Settings.
Instructions to Connect Your CRM via Routing Email
Step 1: Hover over the Landing Pages tab and select View Landing Pages.
Step 2: Click on the Edit button to the right (the "pencil" icon under the Edit column).
Step 3: Click on the '3. Settings bubble' to access the Landing Page Settings.
Step 3: Scroll down to the section Lead Notification Settings and add the Routing Email Address from your other CRM.
Step 6: Update the Email Notification Format from HTML to Plain Text (This makes it easier for your other CRM to read).
Step 6: Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.
