When you first set up your BoldLeads Account, you set a default signature. (Read our Help Article on Setting Up Your Seller Account.) From time to time, however, you might find you want to change and edit your Default Email Signature.
The Default Email Signature can be disabled in two ways:
- Individually inside each individual email message.
- Disabled all at once from the inside the Funnel View.
How to Disable the Default Email Signature Individually
STEP 1: Navigate to Funnels and select View Funnels in the drop-down.
STEP 2: Click the Funnel name where the email is located.
STEP 3: Click the eye icon in the View/Edit column.
STEP 4: Uncheck the box titled Include Default Signature at the bottom of the email.
STEP 5: Click Save this Message.
How to Disable All Default Email Signature in a Funnel
STEP1: Navigate to Funnels and select View Funnels in the drop-down.
STEP 2: Click the Funnel name where the email is located.
STEP 3: At the bottom of the page, select 'View All' in the page display drop-down.
STEP 4: Select all the Emails in the Funnel by going to the table heading and clicking on the checkbox next to the ID.
STEP 5: Click on the "Choose Action" drop-down at the top of the list.
STEP 6: Select Remove Default Signature.
