Can I Change Where My Funnel Emails Send From?

It's not uncommon to want to change your "From" address in your Emails to something with your name or company name. But there's a reason we use the address and it's an important one: it guarantees that your email is delivered!

Using the domain gets you through the firewall and keeps you out of your Lead's SPAM or Junk! It also keeps our system compliant with the law.

Due to anti-spam regulations, the Funnel Emails must show where they are actually coming from. 

DMARC (Domain Message Authentication Reporting and Conformance) guidelines prevent senders from using custom sender ID's unless the email is sent from the user's actual email account server. Email providers enforce this to promote authenticity and prevent spoofing, so masking is not permitted.

When a prospect replies to your email, it is sent to the email address associated with your account (the same email address you log in with). 

IMPORTANT! Your name will appear next to the email address. The name that appears here will be the same name that appears in your BoldLeads Account.
