As your real estate business grows, you may find you need to add or adjust an Area or Zip Code.
That's great news! Here's how we handle your new Areas/Zip Codes.
Leads will come in from the Ad Campaign associated with the new Area or Zip Code. The Ad Campaign will start at the beginning of your next campaign cycle. We start the campaign at the beginning of the next cycle because we've found that mid-cycle changes negatively impact the campaigns that are currently running.
Here's an example:
- You add a new Zip Code on 8/1.
- Your Ad Budget is billed on 8/18.
- The Ad Campaign for the new Zip Code begins on 8/18, the same day your Ad Budget is billed.
How to add a new Area or Zip Code:
If you are interested in adding a new Area or Zip Code, please reach out to your Account Manager.
To locate your Account Manager's information, visit the Settings tab. The information will be in the upper, right-hand column.
