CloudCMA is an easy way to create reports that help you write more offers and win more listings.
IMPORTANT! Before you get started, there are a couple of important things you need to do before you start setting up your CloudCMA account.
First, contact your MLS & make sure your MLS works with CloudCMA
You’ll need to contact your MLS to verify that they work with CloudCMA. Not all MLS Providers support CloudCMA: Click here to find a list of supported MLS Providers.
It is also possible your MLS provides you with a free CloudCMA account, so be sure to check for that once you verify your MLS does indeed support CloudCMA
- Yes: If your MLS provides a free account, ask them how to access it or for the CloudCMA API Key.
- No: If your MLS does not provide a free account, you will need to sign up for a CloudCMA account.

We offer a discount rate on your monthly subscription to CloudCMA! To use this discount, sign up for CloudCMA through your BoldLeads account through the following steps:
STEP 1: Click the Settings tab.
STEP 2: In the left-hand column, click CloudCMA.
STEP 3: Click the gray button titled "Sign up for a new account".
STEP 4: Check the box indicating that you agree to add CloudCMA to your monthly bill.
STEP 5: Click the green button titled "Continue to setup!".
STEP 6: Fill out the following information and then log in to your new CloudCMA account.
STEP 7: Copy the CloudCMA API key from the Account Settings section under the Integrations portion of your CloudCMA account.
STEP 8: Return to your BoldLeads Account and paste in your API Key!
If you already have a CloudCMA account
If you already use CloudCMA and have an account, you just need to connect your CloudCMA account to your BoldLeads account.
STEP 1: Copy the CloudCMA API key from the Account Settings section under the Integrations portion of your CloudCMA account.
STEP 2: Under your BoldLeads account settings, click CloudCMA, and then select "I have a CloudCMA Account".
STEP 3: Scroll down and paste in your API Key!
Complete the CloudCMA setup from inside your BoldLeads Account:
STEP 1: Set the time for when the CloudCMA report should be sent after a lead fills out the form.
STEP 2: Optional - You can edit and customize the message to say something different.
STEP 3: Assign the CloudCMA to your default Funnel. Most of our clients use the Home Valuation Follow Up Funnel (no cma). If you're wanting to put a CloudCMA email in your Text Concierge funnel you'll have to manually add it.
STEP 4: You also have the option to send a recurring CMA every 30, 60, or 90 days.
STEP 5: Last step! Click Save and Continue.
