Can I Remove "Just Curious" or "Not Sure" From My Landing Page?

When it comes to buying or selling a home, not everyone is ready the minute they engage with one of your marketing pieces.

It's a natural human response to list "just curious" or "just looking" when asked about a transaction.

Giving prospects an opportunity to tell you that they're in the early stages accomplishes two things: (1) they are more likely to give you their contact information and (2) you now have realistic expectations about their selling goals.

For this reason, we require the "not sure" option on all Landing Pages. This is also the option selected by most people, often, regardless of where they actually are in the selling process.

However, if you would like to have the "just curious" removed, please submit a support ticket.  It normally takes 48 business hours to have that option removed!
