Have you seen my Lead?
We don't have a lost and found for Leads, but we do know there are three common reasons your Lead might be missing from your BoldLeads Dashboard:
1. The Lead was deleted by someone with access to the Account.
2. The Lead is actually a Partial Lead and will appear in the Partial Lead Screen.
3. The Lead was enhanced from an Address Capture or Partial Lead.
Can I add the Lead back?
Yes! You can manually add the Lead back to your account using the information from the original Lead Notification. For instruction on how to manually add a Lead, click here.
