BombBomb: How do I use BombBomb with BoldLeads?

BombBomb is now integrated with BoldLeads! This means that if you already have a BombBomb account you can add your BombBomb API key to your BoldLeads Account and begin sending BombBomb videos from your BoldLeads Account.  You have the option to add your BombBomb videos to emails sent directly to a lead and from within a Funnel.

Step 1: Add your BombBomb API Key to your BoldLeads account

Log into your BoldLeads account and go to the Settings page -> Connect Your CRM option and enter your BombBomb API Key. IMPORTANT! Click Save Settings before leaving the page.

 (Your BombBomb API Key can be found in your BombBomb account profile under "Integrations.")

Step 2: Use BombBomb with BoldLeads

Option 1: Send an Email

To send a BombBomb video in an email to your lead with BoldLeads, simply follow these steps below.

1. Go to the lead profile page you wish to send a BombBomb email to and select the Send Email option.  

2. Next, click the BombBomb button to see the option to insert a BombBomb video in the email to the lead.

3. The BombBomb box that appears will show two options, one to record a video or two, to select a previously recorded video from your BombBomb video library.

After choosing the desired option for sending a video by recording a new video or choosing one of your previously recorded videos, you will see the code for the video inserted in the email box for the video as seen below.  The lead receiving the email will see the actual BombBomb video, not the code.

Select 'Send Email' to send the email to your lead.

Option 2: Add to Funnel

When creating a new email for your Funnel, you will now see the option where you can choose to include a BombBomb video.

Similar to creating a new email to send to your lead and adding a BombBomb Video, when you select to add a BombBomb Video to a Funnel Email, you will see the options to either record a new video or select a previously recorded video.
