Lead Statuses are a very important and effective way to manage your leads and their corresponding pipeline stage efficiently.
Do you want to change the default statuses? Good! We encourage you to create statuses that follow your current process and what you are familiar with.
Here are the steps to do this:
STEP 1: Hover your cursor over My Settings in the top-right of your screen.
STEP 2: Select Account Settings in the drop down option.
STEP 3: Click the Lead Status tab from the list of your settings tab.
STEP 4: From here you can either add, remove, or edit your Lead Statuses.
